After weeks of uncertainty, gaming-centric cryptocurrency, Enjin [ENJ], finally confirmed its partnership with the South Korean electronics giant, Samsung for the forthcoming Galaxy S10.
At the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona, it was revealed that the new Galaxy S10 will be powered by Samsung Knox and will store private keys for digital assets. Due to this, many crypto-enthusiasts claimed that the device would also have in-built support bitcoins [BTC] and ethereum [ETH] wallet.
While disclosing Blockchain Keystore in the MWC, Enjin’s crypto-gaming interface was also exposed, confirming the sharing speculation between the two companies of many people.
Angle has been described by many as an ideal fit for a smartphone, which not only wants to push the boundaries in terms of the gaming performance of the device, but also in relation to blockchain and DAPS facilities. Angie was initially rumored to collaborate with Samsung for games and services accessible through the Galaxy Store. In addition, Enjin can also be used to send and receive ERC-20 tokens and ERC-1155 crypto-game properties and trade between characters.
Later in a YouTube video, it was revealed that Samsung Galaxy S10 only provided support for ethereum and not for bitcoin or any other crypto currency. Despite showing the Bitukine logo, the Korean version of the device showed only the information of the etheram transaction
After this confirmation, the Enjin Coin has seen a huge increase in its price. Since the partnership was estimated a week ago, the trade value of the coin increased from $ 0.03 to $ 0.103. The coin reached $ 0.191 within four hours with a surge of 91.91 percent.
The market cap of the coin was also $ 130.97 million, which is the highest point after May 2018. In the past week, the market cap of coin increased by 150.68 percent. In press time, the coin increased to 71.29 percent compared to the US dollar.
